Registration Policy
Kindly Note:
  • For any kind of participation, Registration is compulsory.
  • Conference will be open to registrants only.
  • The registration fee for the participant will cover participation in all scientific sessions, the proceedings and other soft and printed material of the meeting, welcome reception, lunches and dinner, tea/coffee during lecture breaks. It does not include charges for accommodation.
  • No registration rates applicable for children below the age of 12. (Food coupons shall not be provided for them)
  • Photocopy of registration form can be used
  • While paying through Cheque/DD, write your Registration ID and Name on the back side of Cheque/DD.
  • Also attach the printed copy of online Registration form/notification E-mail along with the Cheque/DD
  • Fees for Foreign delegates are in US dollars or equivalent in Indian Currency
  • Registration must be made via online system/offline forms.
  • Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment.
  • All bank charges including intermediate bank commission for payment must be paid by participants.
  • The date of receipt of payment is decisive for the registration. If the payment has not been received before the deadlines, then even if the registration form is received before the early bird or regular deadline, it will not be considered as early or regular registration.
  • To be eligible for Resident rates, trainee / research student / post-graduate student are required to produce documentary evidence of their status. Without this documentation, non-member fees will be applied. You may submit necessary document through the online registration system or via email.
  • The Organizers plan to take photographs and video material at the conference and reproduce them in educational, news or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the Organizers’ websites. By participating at the conference, you grant the Organizers the right to use your name, photograph and biography for such purposes. All postings become the property of the Organizers and may be displayed, distributed or used for any purpose.

Cancellation Policy
  • Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the Conference Secretariat by e-mail to [email protected]
  • Cancellations received before or on August 31, 2017 – 50% of the total will be refunded.
  • There will be no refunds for the cancellations received on or after August 31, 2017.
